A fast-growing legal services organization is seeking a Content & Brand Ambassador to lead our social media, community engagement, media outreach, and brand presence. If you're a creative storyteller with strong social media skills, community marketing experience, and a passion for building brand visibility, this role is built for you.

This is an onsite, full-time position—perfect for someone who loves being hands-on, collaborative, and deeply involved in content creation, events, and brand strategy.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, build, and execute a monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging, high-performing content: videos, graphics, short-form clips, educational posts, testimonials, behind-the-scenes features, and more.
  • Highlight client success stories, community activities, and organizational wins.
  • Bring fresh ideas to boost social engagement, reach, and website traffic.

Reputation & Review Program

  • Build a structured 5-star review program to increase online ratings.
  • Track client satisfaction, follow up with clients, and ensure reviews are requested at the right touchpoints.
  • Monitor online reputation and assist with professional, brand-aligned responses.

SEO & Website Coordination

  • Work with internal and external partners to improve SEO, website performance, and digital traffic.
  • Repurpose long-form content into social snippets and blog highlights.
  • Use analytics to guide strategy and measure impact.

Community Engagement

  • Identify, plan, and attend local events (5Ks, fairs, community programs, charity initiatives).
  • Represent the organization professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Build local partnerships and expand brand awareness across the region.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital content, community outreach, or brand strategy.
  • Proven experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience building/social media calendars.
  • Confident, friendly, and comfortable managing community or media-facing responsibilities.
  • A proactive self-starter who can own projects and see them through.
  • Thrives in an onsite, collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 100% onsite.
  • Benefits: Medical, 401(k), PTO, sick leave, bonuses.
