Brand Ambassador

Duties

• Act as the enthusiastic face of the brand at events, retail locations, and community gatherings to promote products and services.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Utilize strong communication skills to deliver compelling presentations and public speeches that resonate with diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse communities effectively.
• Proven skills in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate product benefits.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage audiences through public speaking or event hosting.
• Experience in sales or branding initiatives will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
