Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Consultant for our retail footwear brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand identity, improving store performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales growth across retail outlets. This role requires strong expertise in retail branding, product positioning, visual merchandising, and consumer behavior within the footwear industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence of the footwear brand
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all retail stores, displays, and marketing channels
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor footwear brands
• Monitor store layout, visual merchandising, and product presentation standards
• Recommend strategies to improve customer experience and brand loyalty
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
• Evaluate sales performance and brand impact across retail outlets
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align brand goals
• Identify growth opportunities to expand brand reach and retail performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in retail branding, preferably in footwear or fashion retail
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and consumer buying behavior
• Experience in visual merchandising and in-store brand presentation
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with footwear, fashion, or lifestyle retail brands
• Proven track record in increasing brand visibility and retail sales
• Knowledge of customer experience strategies and retail KPIs
