Brand Ambassador

About us:

We are a concierge telehealth clinic for people serious about their health — medically supervised weight management, menopause and midlife hormone care, couples care, and performance and longevity medicine for athletes and high performers. Our patients get comprehensive lab panels, real appointment time with clinicians who listen, and direct messaging access — the opposite of a 7-minute rushed visit.

The program

We're building a small ambassador program: content creators who join as actual patients and document their genuine experience on their own social channels (TikTok and/or Instagram).

This is not acting and there is no script. You'll go through our real intake process, work with our clinicians on a real treatment plan, and share your honest journey — the labs, the appointments, what changes and what doesn't, in your own words.

Two tracks:

Health & weight journey — you're working on weight management, menopause/perimenopause symptoms, energy, or overall health, and want to document the process with real medical support behind you.

Athlete & performance — you're an athlete or serious trainer interested in medically supervised optimization: comprehensive bloodwork, recovery, body composition, and working with clinicians who understand training loads.

Content commitment: a minimum of 4 short-form videos per month on your own account, clearly disclosed as a paid partnership, over a minimum 3 month engagement. We'll collaborate on ideas: what a concierge intake is actually like, unboxing your lab kit, monthly check-ins on how you're feeling and performing, answering questions from your comments.

Compensation (ambassador model)

Instead of paying per video, ambassadors receive ongoing benefits for the duration of the engagement:

Complimentary clinic membership (normally $100/month) — full concierge access, labs, and clinician time
Partially subsidized medication costs, if our clinicians independently determine treatment is medically appropriate for you
Performance-based bonuses through your unique ambassador code/link — details provided in your ambassador agreement

Usage rights: we may reshare your content on our channels [and use it in advertising]

Your ambassador agreement is with our management company, which administers the program (company details shared with candidates during the interview process). Benefits continue as long as you're meeting the minimum content commitment and remain a patient in good standing.

Who we're looking for
Adults who personally relate to what we treat — whether that's weight management and menopause care, or athletic performance and recovery

Active TikTok or Instagram presence with authentic engagement (follower count matters less than genuine audience connection — nano and micro creators encouraged to apply)

Comfortable talking about health on camera in a real, unpolished way

Reside in the U.S. and able to complete telehealth visits

No prior UGC experience required — realness beats production value

Important things to know (please read)
You must qualify as a patient. All applicants complete our standard medical intake. Our clinicians make all treatment decisions independently based on your health — the ambassador program never influences what is or isn't prescribed. If a treatment isn't right for you, we won't prescribe it, though you may still be able to participate with membership-experience content.

Competitive athletes: if you compete in a drug-tested sport (NCAA, USADA/WADA-governed, or similar), tell us during intake. Some therapies are prohibited in tested competition, and our clinicians will discuss what is and isn't appropriate for you.
We compensate honesty, not positivity. Your benefits are never contingent on positive reviews or outcomes. Everything you share must be truthful and reflect your actual experience. If something isn't working for you, you can say so.

Disclosure is required. Free membership, subsidized treatment, and referral bonuses all count as compensation under FTC rules, so every post must be clearly marked as a paid partnership (#ad / platform paid-partnership label), and if you share your ambassador code, you must make clear you earn a bonus when people use it. We'll provide simple disclosure instructions.

Some things can't be said. Because this involves medical care, we'll give you a short do/don't guide (e.g., no promising specific results, no medical claims beyond your own experience). We review each video before posting for compliance only — not to change your opinion.
Your privacy is protected. You choose what you share. We'll never disclose your health information; anything we reshare requires your written authorization first.

Pay: $26.12 - $31.46 per hour
