Brand Ambassador & Content Creator (Contract)

This is a remote position. You can be anywhere in the United States.

Compound is a premium activewear brand built for people who believe small daily actions create extraordinary results. We design high-end apparel using proprietary fabrics and original designs—not generic blanks or private-label products.

We’re building a community of creators who are passionate about fitness, self-improvement, and inspiring others to become a little better every single day. If that’s you, we’d love to have you on the team. We provide training for creating better viral content. We will also train you on how to use tools such as Discord and video editing.

This is a contractor position. There is no hourly wage or base salary. Ambassadors earn through affiliate commissions, performance bonuses, and exclusive rewards, with top creators earning up to $30,000/month. Learn more here: https://compoundactive.com/pages/join-ambassador

Requirements

• Minimum 1,000 Instagram followers or 10,000 TikTok followers
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or personal growth
• Comfortable creating authentic photo and video content
• Consistent and professional social media presence
• Active Discord account (all communication, challenges, and announcements are managed through our private Discord community)
• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor in your country

What You’ll Do

• Create authentic content featuring Compound products
• Share your unique affiliate link and earn commissions on every sale
• Participate in monthly creator challenges and campaigns
• Collaborate with our team on future product launches and creative ideas
• Help grow a community centered around consistency, discipline, and becoming better every day

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
