Brand Ambassador + CRM - Luxury brand experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors to the showroom in a friendly yet professional manner, ensuring a premium first impression.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and customer lounge, including refreshments and guest comfort.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Support event hosting, VIP visits, and new model launches, maintaining the showroom ambiance (lighting, music, cleanliness, scent).
  • Collect customer feedback and escalate complaints promptly to management.
  • Record and report daily walk-in customer data.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Qualify sales leads in alignment with AGMC Rolls-Royce’s target customer criteria.
  • Generate and secure a minimum of 10 qualified leads per day.
  • Reach out to 100 new prospect accounts daily to develop new business opportunities.
  • Collect and document essential information on prospective clients for database accuracy.
  • Actively manage and update the client database to support direct mail and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify past prospects for follow-up and re-engagement calls.
  • Log all calls and track performance to monitor success rates.
  • Provide regular activity and performance reports.
  • Follow up on specific marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team to support AGMC Rolls-Royce’s overall sales objectives.
  • Represent the brand in a professional, positive, and accurate manner in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, polished, and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Positive attitude and a passion for the automotive industry
  • Proven success in telesales, telemarketing, or tele-research roles, including experience setting appointments for field sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify key business drivers and match these to the company’s offerings.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical ability to research and identify relevant information on prospective customers.

Working Hours:

Full-time; showroom hours may include weekends or public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
