Al Amin Salt Works is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Brand Ambassadors to represent our Brand and drive sales. As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. You will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers in-store, offering assistance, and sharing product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales Promotion: Promote Al Amin Salt's products, special offers, and seasonal sales to maximise conversions and increase revenue.
• Brand Representation: Ensure that all interactions reflect the values and image of the Al Amin Salt brand, maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
• Product Knowledge: Be thoroughly informed about Al Amin Salt's product range to effectively answer customer queries and provide targeted recommendations.
• Demonstrations & Sampling: Organize and execute in-store product demonstrations and sampling events to showcase new products or promotions.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and customer service.
• Merchandising Support: Assist in maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products, promotions, and the overall shopping experience to share with the management team for continuous improvement.
• Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach and events to promote Al Amin Salt and drive foot traffic to the store.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
• Sales-Driven: Passionate about sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Brand Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in Al Amin Salt products and mission to promote our Brand.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays(Optional).

Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required.

Location: In Karachi Super Marts.
