Brand Ambassadors for Tradeshows // Conferences in the Legal Sector

SmartAdvocate is a leading and multiple award winning legal case management application. Conceptualized by the founding partner of a leading personal injury law firm, SmartAdvocate is offered as either a web-based or cloud-based legal case management application offering flexible deployment options and a modular suite of applications. Legal professionals use SmartAdvocate to manage pre-litigation and litigation cases including contacts, communications, case data, documents, document scanning and filing, document creation, calendaring, and docketing.

In this role, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and introduce potential clients to SmartAdvocate. You won’t be responsible for conducting demos or closing deals—your focus will be on connecting with the right firms and passing those leads to our sales team for follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the SmartAdvocate brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, industry events, referrals, and outreach.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects, clearly communicating SmartAdvocate’s value.
  • Qualify and collect essential information from leads, then hand them off to our internal sales team to schedule product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track activity in our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help the sales and marketing teams refine messaging and outreach.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and generate leads. Approximately 15-20 shows a year, all within the US.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable networking and starting conversations.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or lead generation preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry or technology/software is a plus.
