Brand and Marketing Manager

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand and marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, increase market presence, and drive business growth. The role focuses on creating consistent brand messaging, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all platforms
  • Monitor brand performance, perception, and market positioning
  • Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution

Marketing Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee content development for social media, websites, advertising, and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors
  • Manage product launches, brand activations, and promotional activities

Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, and email marketing
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data and insights
  • Ensure effective online brand presence and engagement

Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive activities
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Track KPIs, ROI, and marketing effectiveness

Budget & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, product, and leadership teams
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management and marketing roles
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
