Brand Assistant - Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Brand Assistant will work directly alongside the founder to support the day-to-day running of a fashion brand.

This is a hands-on, in-person role requiring someone with a genuine understanding of fashion, an eye for quality, and the ability to manage people and production with professionalism and care.

- Supervise all active orders from intake to final delivery

- Track order status, timelines, and ensure deadlines are consistently met

- Flag delays or quality issues to the founder immediately

- Coordinate between the founder and production team on specifications and changes

- Support with fabric sourcing, supplier follow-ups, and material organisation

- Assist in documenting pieces for the brand archive and inventory

- Follow up with clients on order updates and delivery timelines

- Handle client communication with discretion and care

- Support any tasks the founder requires to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in fashion, a design studio, or a similar environment is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable supervising and communicating with a production team
• Basic experience with Excel
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
