Job Purpose :


Executing POSM, activations, and on-ground campaigns that translate strategic objectives into

customer-facing experiences, driving awareness, footfall, and product uptake while ensuring brand

consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy.


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute BTL campaigns across branches and channels to drive localized engagement,

increase foot traffic, and promote products/services, ensuring direct impact on acquisition and

sales growth.

  • Coordinate with regional and branch teams to ensure operational readiness, message

consistency, and timely activation, enabling effective campaign rollouts that align with business

objectives.

  • Lead POSM production, distribution, and installation to maintain brand visibility, adherence to

brand guidelines, and an optimized customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

  • Monitor campaign execution and conduct site checks to safeguard branding standards, ensure

correct implementation, and maintain campaign quality, enhancing brand credibility and impact.

  • Manage logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery,

and high-quality campaign activations, maximizing ROI and operational effectiveness.

  • Track performance metrics and engagement KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, generate

actionable insights, and continuously refine BTL strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Align BTL initiatives with broader marketing and sales strategies to ensure a unified brand

message and maximize the impact of integrated cross-channel campaigns.

  • Oversee branch-level branding feedback and material updates to guarantee consistent,

professional, and up-to-date brand representation across all retail locations.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as customer education and awareness campaigns to

strengthen product knowledge, improve customer experience, and build long-term brand

loyalty.


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7years in BTL or activation roles, preferably in financial services
  • Proven performance in similar or related positions
  • Excelent Command Project management
  • Good Coordination and logistics
  • Brand execution
  • Excellent Command of English
