Brand Awareness Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility in the recruitment industry.
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify branding opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to align branding efforts with business goals.
  • Collect feedback from clients/candidates to improve brand image and communication.
  • Prepare regular reports on branding activities and results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in branding, digital marketing, or promotions (preferably in service sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate new ideas for brand promotion.
  • Proficiency in social media management, MS Office, and digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
