Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility in the recruitment industry.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify branding opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to align branding efforts with business goals.
- Collect feedback from clients/candidates to improve brand image and communication.
- Prepare regular reports on branding activities and results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, or promotions (preferably in service sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with ability to generate new ideas for brand promotion.
- Proficiency in social media management, MS Office, and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
