We are looking for a Brand Communications Manager to lead social media and digital communication processes in our industry-leading company.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the social media and digital communications strategy alligned with the brands he/she responsible for.
  • Producing social media and digital communication content that is trendy and inspiring.
  • Responsible for managing the company’s brand in the context of digital communication, social media channels, influencer marketing and creating related content.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for key owned platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Crisis and disaster management of brands on social media.
  • Resolve the technical needs of platforms with social media agency. And also evaluates weather new social media platforms are suitable fort he brand.
  • Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns to support brand campaigns and activations.
  • Establish a social media and digital content framework for the brand to create an integrated digital presence and ensure high-quality content.
  • Elevate the workflow between Marketing teams and agencies by focusing on planning, setting guardrails, defining KPIs, and tracking performance.
  • Manage the monthly content calendar in coordination with agencies and brand teams.
  • Produce fresh content for the brand’s social media platforms, continuously innovating with new ideas and measuring their performance.
  • Monitor trends and industry developments to update strategies relevant to the target audience.
  • Use data-driven insights and monthly reports to inform strategic decisions, optimize campaigns, and provide benchmarking and competitive analysis on both local and global scales.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Advanced experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to boost efficiency in the digital ecosystem through data and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven competence in relationship management across teams.
  • To have project experience with creative agencies.
  • Up to date with social media and digital media trends.
  • Experience in ATL & BTL is a plus.
