Brand Communications Section Leader

Istanbul, Turkey

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or in a relevant field
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in brand management, creative marketing and media management roles; fmcg is preferred
  • Experience in managing agencies and creative production processes
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills and team management experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems is a plus


Job Description:

  • Development and execution of brand strategies and marketing communication plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Planning and executing media strategies, including digital and traditional media buying
  • Driving the creation of fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns
  • Managing and coordinating creative and media planning agencies
  • Defining target audiences, identifying consumer and markets needs per product category
  • Conducting brand and consumer research to generate insights. Monitor market trends and competitive activities to drive brand growth
  • Planning and coordinating brand sponsorships
  • Managing brand registration and trademark processes
  • Designing and approving product labels and packaging for all brands and coordinatination with suppliers
  • Leading the creation of brand & corporate communication visuals and creative materials
  • Overseeing website content and SEO performance
  • Managing SEM and Google Ads campaigns to drive online visibility
  • Leading social media content planning and production
  • Managing paid social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with digital agencies
