Qualifications:

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or in a relevant field

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential

Minimum 12 years of experience in brand management, creative marketing and media management roles; fmcg is preferred
-
Experience in managing agencies and creative production processes
-
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms
-
Strong project management and multitasking skills
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Leadership skills and team management experience
-
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems is a plus
Job Description:

Development and execution of brand strategies and marketing communication plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Planning and executing media strategies, including digital and traditional media buying
-
Driving the creation of fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns
-
Managing and coordinating creative and media planning agencies
-
Defining target audiences, identifying consumer and markets needs per product category
-
Conducting brand and consumer research to generate insights. Monitor market trends and competitive activities to drive brand growth
-
Planning and coordinating brand sponsorships
-
Managing brand registration and trademark processes
-
Designing and approving product labels and packaging for all brands and coordinatination with suppliers
-
Leading the creation of brand & corporate communication visuals and creative materials
-
Overseeing website content and SEO performance
-
Managing SEM and Google Ads campaigns to drive online visibility
-
Leading social media content planning and production
-
Managing paid social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with digital agencies
