Qualifications:

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or in a relevant field

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential,

Minimum 12 years of experience in brand management, creative marketing and media management roles; fmcg is preferred,
-
Experience in managing agencies and creative production processes,
-
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms,
-
Strong project management and multitasking skills,
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
-
Leadership skills and team management experience,
-
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems is a plus.
Job Description:

Development and execution of brand strategies and marketing communication plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives,

Planning and executing media strategies, including digital and traditional media buying,

Driving the creation of fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns,
-
Managing and coordinating creative and media planning agencies,
-
Defining target audiences, identifying consumer and markets needs per product category,
-
Conducting brand and consumer research to generate insights. Monitor market trends and competitive activities to drive brand growth,

Planning and coordinating brand sponsorships,
-
Managing brand registration and trademark processes,
-
Designing and approving product labels and packaging for all brands and coordinatination with suppliers,
-
Leading the creation of brand & corporate communication visuals and creative materials,
-
Overseeing website content and SEO performance,
-
Managing SEM and Google Ads campaigns to drive online visibility,
-
Leading social media content planning and production,
-
Managing paid social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with digital agencies.
