Brand & Content Lead

Robbins Estate Law · Full-Time · Austin Area (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

Robbins Estate Law is building a dominant brand in Texas estate planning and probate — not through ads alone, but through education, content, and trust at scale.

We’re looking for someone to own that presence.

This is a creator + operator role.
You will take strategy and turn it into consistent, high-quality content that actually ships — across video, social, and local presence.

Occasionally, you’ll also help us show up in person at seminars and community events — but content is the core of this role.

What You’ll Own

  • Social media execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Weekly Google Business Profile posting cadence
  • Short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) — planning, filming, publishing
  • Light editing (with vendor support for heavier production)
  • Engagement: comments, DMs, reviews, reputation management
  • Content library: visuals, templates, brand assets
  • Brand voice consistency across all public channels

Secondary (but important):

  • Assist with setup and presence at 1–2 seminars per week max
  • Capture content at events (this is key — not just “helping,” but turning events into content)

What a Great Fit Looks Like

  • You think in content, not tasks — you always have ideas
  • You publish consistently — you don’t wait for perfect
  • You’re comfortable on camera (or willing to get there quickly)
  • You understand how to balance professionalism with humanity
  • You can read a room — both online and in person
  • You have creative instincts AND execution discipline

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a passive social media scheduler
  • Not someone waiting on detailed creative briefs
  • Not purely remote and behind a screen
  • Not an event coordinator role

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in content, social media, or brand roles
  • Experience creating and publishing video content
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
  • Familiar with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile
  • Strong writing instincts — no templated, robotic content

Your First 90 Days

Day 30

  • Content calendar built and active
  • GBP posting consistently
  • First round of video content live

Day 60

  • 100% publishing consistency
  • Engagement is measurable and improving
  • You’re comfortable on camera and in the workflow

Day 90

  • Content engine is running weekly without friction
  • Engagement and reach trending upward
  • Events are being captured and turned into usable content

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance bonus tied to content output + engagement growth
  • Full benefits package (health, PTO, 401k)
