About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to own and amplify Neon’s voice in the market. You will be the architect and operator behind our thought leadership, content programs, and event presence, helping establish Neon as the trusted partner for game studios going direct-to-consumer. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will create, manage, and distribute content across channels, partner closely across functions, and bring our story to life in front of developers and industry leaders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create thought leadership content including articles, case studies, and social videos, leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency.

  • Manage blog, social channels, and content calendar to maintain clear, consistent messaging.

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and sponsorships.

  • Build sales enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, and playbooks.

  • Run LinkedIn ads and email campaigns.

  • Track and analyze performance data to improve content, campaigns, and overall impact.

What We Look For:

  • 2–4 years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or targeting game developers

  • Strong writing skills with proven ability to create compelling content and manage social channels

  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and email campaigns, with familiarity across tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Apollo.io

  • Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to increase productivity, plus basic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Figma

  • SEO knowledge and analytics experience with Google Analytics and Search Console (a plus)

  • Experience creating sales enablement assets and operating in 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 stage companies (a plus)
