Brand & Content Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

Pelham Hospitality is seeking a highly creative, proactive, and hands-on BrandContent Marketing Manager to elevate storytelling across our growing portfolio of hotels, restaurants, event venues, and experiential properties. This is a collaborative, execution-driven role for someone who brings energy, ownership, and initiative to every project. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller and strategist who can create, publish, and optimize content across platforms while maintaining brand cohesion. Strong organization and forward planning are essential, as this role requires managing content calendars, anticipating seasonal business shifts, and staying ahead of evolving marketing needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Each property has its own identity, audience, and positioning while operating under a unified brand vision. This role plays a critical part in scaling that vision across properties - driving creative consistency, operational organization, and clear, compelling storytelling that defines the Pelham brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

BrandContent Execution

  • Execute brand storytelling across all Pelham Hospitality properties in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, bringing creative ideas and proactive marketing strategies to life
  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content with emphasis on short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain organized photo libraries, brand assets, and press materials to ensure best representation of the organization
  • Create on-property signage and guest communication (print and digital), as well as

Social MediaCommunity Management

  • Manage and leverage social media channels, curating relevant and engaging content that highlights our brand while increasing total audience size and engagement
  • Own day-to-day social media management, scheduling, and community engagement across all platforms
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide regular performance reports, identifying trends and recommending content adjustments based on audience engagement
  • Monitor online reviews, comments, and direct messages across all platforms; respond where appropriate and collaborate with relevant departments (front desk, dining, events) to ensure accurate information and proper routing of guest inquiries

Digital StrategyWebsite Management

  • Collaborate with leadership team to oversee website content, ensuring all information is current, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards
  • Review SEO ranking and reporting with corporate and agency teams to implement website improvements
  • Create, maintain, and distribute relevant information pertaining to the Pelham Hospitality brand and properties
  • Support website updates and content optimization initiatives (WordPress experience highly preferred)

Campaign ExecutionPaid Media

  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing to design and implement innovative campaigns that increase awareness of Pelham Hospitality's year-round offerings, team culture, and brand story
  • Execute integrated campaigns across organic and paid channels, including social media, website, email, on-property signage, and digital advertising
  • Partner with Director of Marketing to build email marketing calendar and manage content creation, scheduling, and deployment

Public RelationsMedia Coordination

  • Partner with PR agency to coordinate logistics and internal communication for media visits, influencer collaborations, and content creator experiences as assigned
  • Manage logistics for media experiences, working cross-functionally with front desk, culinary, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Participate in biweekly PR agency calls to review media coverage, discuss upcoming media opportunities, and provide accurate property information, brand-aligned messaging, and creative assets
  • Proactively identify and pitch media opportunities to PR agency that align with brand objectives, seasonal programming, and property offerings
  • Track and report on media placements, influencer content, and partnership performance

Cross-Department CollaborationExperiential Programming

  • Support development and execution of experiential programming and events that drive year-round engagement, fill seasonal gaps, and strengthen Pelham's identity as a creative, experience-driven brand
  • Work closely with all departments to identify storytelling opportunities and marketing needs

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

ExperienceEducation

  • Bachelor's degree required (marketing, graphic design, communications, public relations, journalism, hospitality management, or related field)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, public relations, or related fields
  • Hospitality or restaurant experience strongly preferred

CreativeTechnical Skills

  • Photography and videography skills with an eye for brand aesthetic (portfolio required)
  • Advanced in short-form video content creation
  • Writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge in Canva (required); familiarity or experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software preferred
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms

MarketingBrand Expertise

  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media best practices and digital marketing
  • Experience applying brand guidelines to marketing deliverables
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and SEO
  • Understanding of influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Google Analytics, paid social) and/or SEO

Operational Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptable mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines and priorities
  • Creative problem-solver with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Experience collaborating with third-party agencies, partners, and vendors
  • Experience in Office 365
  • Flexibility to support marketing initiatives during evenings, weekends, and select holiday periods

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move around the resort for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • This role is 100% on-site.
