A Brand Designer who doesn’t just execute design but shapes brand narratives. He will be at the forefront of driving our brand identity across platforms while mentoring junior creatives to elevate our design game.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead brand visual direction across all touchpoints: digital, print, social, motion, and experiential.

Conceptualize and execute compelling designs for web, social media, email, print, packaging, and more.

Own and evolve the brand identity to ensure visual consistency and cultural resonance.

Translate strategic briefs into creative design solutions that connect with the target audience.

Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and employer branding teams to bring campaigns to life.

Present ideas to stakeholders and efficiently incorporate feedback.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Stay sharp on Gen Z aesthetics, global design trends, and emerging creative tools.

Mentor and inspire junior designers through critique, coaching, and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in brand or graphic design (agency or in-house).

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.

A stellar portfolio that showcases a diverse range of work, with a strong sense of layout, typography, color, motion, and storytelling.

Solid understanding of brand systems and scalable design across platforms.

Experience leading design direction and mentoring team members.

Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
