Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Designer to build, shape, and consistently communicate our brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints. The role requires a strong visual sensibility, storytelling ability, and hands-on design skills to create impactful brand experiences, especially across social media and digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity (logos, color systems, typography, visual language).
- Translate brand values and narratives into compelling visual designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Digital & Social Media Design
- Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create posts, reels/thumbnails, banners, stories, and campaign visuals.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align visuals with messaging.
Communication & Collateral
- Design brochures, reports, presentations, posters, and event creatives.
- Create templates for internal and external communication.
- Support branding for workshops, conferences, product launches, and outreach activities.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, communications, product, and leadership teams.
- Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation.
- Incorporate user feedback and performance insights into design improvements.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor of Design (B.Des) from a recognized institute (mandatory).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma / Canva / After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
Creative & Professional Skills
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high aesthetic standards.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in branding for startups, research institutions, healthcare, or public-sector initiatives.
- Understanding of digital trends and social media aesthetics.
- Interest in innovation, design-led thinking, and impact-driven projects.
