Brand & Digital Manager

For the New York Office of a Mid-Sized International Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and execute the firm’s digital marketing strategy, amplifying practice group messaging and business development campaigns across web, social media, paid advertising, and email channels.
  • Manage and evolve the firm website, including SEO strategy, content updates, user experience enhancements, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution in partnership with practice leaders, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Develop, test, and deploy targeted digital campaigns; analyze performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct client segmentation, channel analysis, and competitive research to inform positioning and digital go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish and report on key digital marketing KPIs, advising firm leadership on trends, opportunities, emerging technologies, and strategic investments.

Qualifications include:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within professional services or a similar sophisticated B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, branding, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and LinkedIn; experience with CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics and marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
  • Exceptional data analysis, project management, and organizational skills, with advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting ability and confidence working with senior leadership and attorneys.
Salary: $120k-$150k
