For the New York Office of a Mid-Sized International Law Firm
Responsibilities include:

Lead and execute the firm’s digital marketing strategy, amplifying practice group messaging and business development campaigns across web, social media, paid advertising, and email channels.

Manage and evolve the firm website, including SEO strategy, content updates, user experience enhancements, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Oversee social media strategy and execution in partnership with practice leaders, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Develop, test, and deploy targeted digital campaigns; analyze performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Conduct client segmentation, channel analysis, and competitive research to inform positioning and digital go-to-market strategies.

Establish and report on key digital marketing KPIs, advising firm leadership on trends, opportunities, emerging technologies, and strategic investments.
Qualifications include:

6+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within professional services or a similar sophisticated B2B environment.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, branding, and multi-channel campaign execution.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and LinkedIn; experience with CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics and marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.

Exceptional data analysis, project management, and organizational skills, with advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting ability and confidence working with senior leadership and attorneys.
Salary: $120k-$150k
