Education: Postgraduate in Luxury Brand Management/Marketing or MBA in Marketing & Sales from a reputed institute.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in the luxury industry, like high-end furniture & interior design companies/architects & interior designers/ultra-luxury brands.
Job Location: Dubai (Open to extensive traveling across the UAE as and when required)

Job Requirements and Skills:
The Brand Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing, communication, PR, and revenue generation strategies that align with the business goals, brand’s objectives, and positioning. This role also involves crafting compelling content both visually and graphically in coordination with respective teams and PR relations and managing social media to reach and influence the target communities, especially UHNIs.
Job Skills:

Deep understanding of luxury marketing & PR strategies that include brand positioning & storytelling.

Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media, and Interior design-based groups & Organizations

The candidate should be good at content creation & management and organizing events, collaborations, and exhibitions in line with the brand’s overall marketing plans.

Major responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing & PR strategies aligning with the brand’s positioning to attract and engage target communities globally, especially UHNIs, and align with business goals.

Plan, curate & execute immersive experiences through storytelling initiatives that allow the target community to build an emotional connection with the brand.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand identity consistency and implementation of the brand’s tone messaging on all platforms.
Marketing Campaigns/Collaborations (Online & Offline):

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, experiential events) tailored for the target community globally in the art & design space.

Utilize digital & social media platforms (website, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with the target community & clients as part of the client engagement strategy.

Analyze campaign performance and alter strategies to optimize results both offline & online, in turn monitoring ROI.

Monthly detailed reports & calendar management for various marketing & PR activities planned.

Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of competitors to inform strategic decisions.
Content Creation

Oversee the creation of content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Designing & writing compelling content for websites, social media, blog posts, articles, videos, stories, press releases, etc.

Develop innovative digital strategies to connect with audiences and grow the online community.

Ensure all marketing and PR materials are localized and culturally adapted for the target community & clients in the art & design space worldwide, especially Dubai & the Middle East.
Public Relations & Media Outreach

Develop & manage relationships with key national & international media outlets, journalists, publications, and galleries to secure full feature coverage in relevant publications and platforms.

Develop and design press releases, media kits/advisories, articles, and other PR materials.

Manage communication and act as a spokesperson for the brand as and when necessary.
Brand Messaging and Strategy:

Position the brand effectively in Dubai by using unique brand messaging strategies for both print and digital media.

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy aligned with the brand’s identity.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all print & digital platforms, including Brand collaterals, social media, websites, etc.

Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging in line with Master Marketing & PR Plans.
Brand Representation

Ensure alignment of all communication efforts with the brand’s core values, vision, and mission.

Ensure the tone, voice, and visuals of all communications reflect the brand’s identity.

Represent the brand at various national & international events, art & design shows, private previews, launches, exhibitions, press conferences & media events.
Creative Agency Management

Coordinate with associated marketing & PR agencies to achieve objectives and targets outlined in the master communications rollout plan.

Monitor & evaluate agency performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Ensuring quality and timely execution of plans by agencies.
Revenue Generation Responsibility:

Planning & execution to achieve the annual sales target by generating inquiries & timely converting deals to achieve quarterly & yearly sales targets, while maintaining brand positioning.

Identifying and pursuing opportunities for acquiring new clients and business accounts through outstation appointments, architects & clients, and site visits for bespoke acquisitions.

Introduce, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers and architects focused on high-end residential projects.

Engage IDAs & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, vendor presentations & virtual tours/discussions for sales growth.

Collaboratively strategize with the India team & execute marketing plans to build Trunks' company brand in Dubai.

Identifies & expands the relationship with IDA's network beyond Dubai.

Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and art & design exhibitions.

Strategize & acquire UHNI/HNI clients and maintain exceptional relationships with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the brand.

Close monitoring of the communication happening with the client.
