Brand-Driven Architect / Interior Designer — Design, Communications & AI


Location & Working Model: Preferably Istanbul · Hybrid; Fully Remote possible

Employment: Full-time or Contract-based (project-based) • English required

Role overview

A strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of architecture, brand, communications, and AI . You will turn BEGA’s (and select clients’) work into a clear, consistent brand— positioning, narrative, visual system, spatial brand moments —and you will design and run AI-assisted pipelines that make this brand travel faster and better.


What you will do

  • Brand strategy: Define positioning, audience, value pillars, tone of voice → deliver a concise brand playbook .
  • Identity & guidelines: Build the visual system (logo usage, typography, color, layout, imagery) and enforce consistency.
  • Spatial brand: Design brand-led environments (showrooms, fair/exhibition stands, pop-ups, signage & wayfinding) with feasibility and clarity.
  • 3D & visualization: Produce impactful 3D hero visuals and art-direct imagery to keep one coherent look & feel.
  • AI engineering & automation:
  • Map AI use-cases (ideation, storytelling, mood studies, 3D concept exploration, visual cleanup, layout variants, copy polishing).
  • Build a prompt/playbook library , evaluation criteria, and brand guardrails (do/don’t).
  • Set up lightweight automations for content calendars, asset versioning, QC checklists, and multilingual adaptations.
  • Track quality with simple A/B tests and metrics; document workflows for the team.
  • Content & campaigns: Ship presentations, brochures, case studies, launch kits, and editorial calendars for web/social.
  • Governance & QA: Review outgoing materials (visuals, copy headlines, credits) to protect quality and coherence.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with leadership; coordinate designers, fabricators, photographers, and partners.


You bring

  • Background in architecture/interiors (or environmental/communication design) and a portfolio blending space + brand .
  • Proven AI-assisted creative workflow experience (before/after or process notes welcome).
  • Strong 3D sensibility (composition, light, materials) and presentation craft.
  • Structured experimentation mindset (tests, metrics) and clear editorial judgment.
  • Organized delivery, stakeholder coordination, professional English (TR proficiency is a plus).
