We are hiring a Senior Designer for the Turkey-based sourcing and design office of the Middle East's largest retail group, operating with over 15 in-house brands across fashion, lifestyle, and more.

Istanbul office plays a strategic role in driving design innovation, sourcing excellence, and product development for womenswear collections distributed across the MENA region. We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Designer.

Description

• Lead the design process from initial concept to final sample, with a strong focus on womenswear collections.
• Translate seasonal trends and inspirations into commercially successful products tailored for the Middle Eastern consumer.
• Collaborate closely with buyers, merchandisers, product developers, and factories to ensure design vision is executed with excellence.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, mood boards, fabric selections, and color palettes.
• Guide and support junior designers when necessary.
• Follow market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to deliver fashion-forward collections.

Profile

• Minimum 7 years of design experience, preferably in womenswear.
• Strong knowledge of design, production processes, and supplier communication.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Ability to manage multiple collections simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent sense of style, fitt, and fabric with strong attentionb to detail.
• Experience working with sourcing or production teams in Turkey is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English
