POSH Abaya is seeking a high-caliber Brand & E-Commerce Lead to spearhead our digital expansion. You will have full ownership of the digital P&L, responsible for bridging the gap between premium brand equity and aggressive performance growth.
We are looking for a "Growth Architect"—someone who can interpret data to drive revenue while ensuring the brand’s aesthetic remains elite and culturally resonant in the GCC Premium market.
Core Pillars of Responsibility1. Revenue Growth & Performance Marketing
- Direct Growth Oversight: Lead the in-house execution of Meta and Google Ads (PMAX/Search).
- Influencer Strategy 2.0: Move beyond "gifting." Architect a high-ROI influencer ecosystem that blends organic storytelling with paid amplification to drive customer acquisition.
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Own the retention strategy. Design and optimize CRM flows (Email/SMS/WhatsApp) to increase repeat purchase rates and decrease reliance on paid acquisition.
2. Digital Flagship Strategy
- Conversion Engineering: Treat the Shopify store as a living lab. Lead the UI/UX roadmap, landing page optimization, and site merchandising to maximize AOV and Conversion Rates.
- Global Scalability: Develop the technical and commercial framework for new market entries, specifically handling localization, regional logistics partnerships, and multi-currency payment flows.
- Creative Briefing: Act as the bridge between "Data" and "Creative." Brief the photography and content teams based on performance metrics to ensure assets are built to convert.
3. Commercial Intelligence & Operations
- P&L Reporting: Translate complex GA4 and Shopify data into clear, actionable commercial insights for the CEO.
- Inventory Maximization: Use sell-through data to guide merchandising decisions, ensuring high-margin collections are prioritized and aged stock is moved efficiently through strategic promotions.
- Fulfilment Excellence: Optimize the end-to-end delivery journey. You will hold partners accountable to a "Premium Standard," targeting a 48-hour delivery window across the UAE.
The Profile of Success
- Expertise: 5+ years in E-commerce Leadership, specifically within the GCC fashion or luxury sector.
- Technicals: Mastery of the "Power Stack": Shopify Plus, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Commercial Acumen: You don’t just report on "clicks"; you report on contribution margins and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Cultural Fluency: A deep understanding of the Emirati and wider Gulf fashion landscape. Arabic proficiency is highly valued but not essential
