We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the next phase of POSH Abaya’s online growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to scale a Shopify store, run high-performing digital campaigns in-house, and create a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

1- Digital Marketing

  • Lead the planning and execution of all online campaigns including seasonal drops, collection launches, promotional periods, and new market pushes. This includes awareness and performance campaigns.
  • Own the full digital campaign cycle: brief, creative requirements, assets, ad setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams (content, photography, retail) to ensure message and timing consistency across channels.
  • Plan, execute, report, and optimize paid and organic “in-house” campaigns from SEO, to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid search campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage POSH’s “influencer program” across Instagram and TikTok, from scouting and negotiation to briefing, posting schedules, boosting schedules, and performance evaluation.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, creatives, and targeting approaches to reduce acquisition cost and improve return on ad spend, specifically for performance paid campaigns.

2- E-commerce platform (Shopify)

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify website including product uploads, collections, inventory syncing, pricing, and site merchandising.
  • Improve the onsite experience to increase conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and repeat purchases.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to update banners and improve UX elements, landing pages, and customer flows.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints follow brand guidelines, messaging direction, and quality standards.
  • Apply SEO best practices across content, product pages, metadata, and structured information.
  • Develop online strategies for new markets entrance.
  • Assess the need for localization, delivery setup, payment preferences, and potential partnerships.

3- Data, Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track performance across all core KPIs: Revenue, Conversion Rate, AOV (Average Order Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), New vs. Returning Customers.
  • Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads data to derive insights and make fast, data-backed decisions.
  • Work on tagging, tracking, and data accuracy across the website and media platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for management.

4- Stock, Merchandising & Promotions

  • Coordinate with operations and retail to ensure online stock accuracy and product availability.
  • Develop online merchandising strategies to showcase collections effectively.
  • Create and run promotional mechanics, bundles, and clearance plans to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments based on sell-through trends.

5- Logistics, Fulfilment & Online Customer Experience

  • Oversee order fulfilment and delivery workflows to ensure fast and reliable customer experience.
  • Work closely with stores and delivery partners to improve delivery speeds, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyse fulfilment performance, return patterns, and customer feedback to improve end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing an online e-commerce business.
  • Strong hands-on experience with “Shopify”, “Meta Ads Manager”, and “Google Ads”.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of the Gulf region market.
  • Post-graduate degree and Arabic speaking are a plus
  • This is an urgent role. Candidates must be available to start on January 2nd.

Location: In-office (Ajman)

Work Time: Full-time

Salary: AED 15K - 25K + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
