We are seeking a Brand Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and operations of a growing upper casual restaurant brand. With multiple outlets and expansion plans, this role is key to ensuring culinary consistency, innovation, and brand integrity at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead culinary operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation in line with brand standards.
- Develop and execute new menu items and seasonal offerings aligned with brand identity and customer preferences.
- Oversee kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and health & safety compliance across all locations.
- Manage and mentor kitchen leadership teams to maintain high standards and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including operations, marketing, and supply chain to support rollouts and campaigns.
- Implement systems and controls to manage food cost, inventory, and waste.
- Ensure culinary innovation supports the brand's growth and relevance in a competitive market.
- Drive training programs to upskill teams and enhance culinary performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large scale culinary operations within multi outlet or multi site restaurant environments.
- Strong understanding of upper casual dining concepts and guest expectations.
- Deep knowledge of kitchen systems, menu development, cost controls, and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to scale culinary consistency and creativity across multiple units.
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
