The Brand Executive drives the brand’s digital presence through trend-led content creation, sharp content planning, and platform-native storytelling. This role ensures the brand stays relevant, culturally aligned, and visible across platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency.

This position is ideal for someone who understands how trends move, why content performs, and how brands win attention in short-form ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities: Trend-First Content Creation:

1. Create content ideas inspired by current trends, formats, sounds, and audience behavior

2. Write scroll-stopping captions, short-form copy, long-form scripts etc

3. Adapt trends to fit brand tone instead of blindly copying them

4. Maintain a strong storytelling flow that connects emotionally and visually

5. Content Planning & Platform Execution:

6. Plan and manage monthly content calendars optimized for all platforms

7. Oversee daily posting and ensure content is published at the right time and format

8. Coordinate closely with design and video teams for fast-turnaround content

9. Review and finalize creatives to ensure they are on-brand, trend-relevant, and platform native

Trend Tracking & Brand Relevance:

* Actively track emerging trends, memes, hooks, formats, and audience shifts

* Recommend new content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve

* Identify opportunities where the brand can start or lead trends, not just follow

* Maintain a proactive, self-driven approach to content innovation

Performance Awareness & Optimization:

1. Monitor engagement, reach, saves, shares, and audience growth

2. Understand why content performs not just what performs

3. Share insights and recommendations to improve future content direction

4. Support re porting with creative insights, not just numbers

5. Collaboration & Brand Alignment:

6. Work closely with creatives, editors, and marketing teams

7. Clearly communicate content intent, hooks, and brand expectations

8. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visuals, and long-term positioning

Skills & Requirements:

Strong grip on short and long-form content culture

A strong personal social media presence with good reach will be considered a plus. If the Brand Executive actively links the company’s official pages through her own videos, reels, and content, promoting business activities and introducing the company as a brand—it will add significant value to brand visibility and engagement.

1. Excellent SEO keyword ready caption writing and copy skills (English & Urdu)

2. Trend-setter mindset with high awareness of digital culture

3. Ability to plan content and move fast without losing quality

4. Strong coordination and creative briefing skills

5. High attention to detail and brand consistency

Nice-to-Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or Communications

2. 2–3 years’ experience in content, branding, or digital media

3. Experience working with design, video & marketing teams

4. Familiarity with basic analytics and performance tracking

5. Agency or production house experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
