Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients during project execution.
- Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely updates, resolving queries, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of merchandise solutions.
- Prepare and share internal reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
- Support the Brand Manager in executing marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and merchandise planning.
- Conduct basic research and competitor analysis to support branding decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project timelines.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
