QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within cosmetics retail or FMCG environments
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, store visits, and field coordination
  • Strong understanding of in-store marketing strategies, retail KPIs (sell-out, conversion, traffic, stock turnover) , and consumer engagement in physical store environments
  • Experience supporting product launches, in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising implementations
  • Knowledge of customer behavior, competitive landscape, and cosmetics & beauty retail trends
  • Ability to work closely with store teams, sales, and visual merchandising units
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and analysis)
  • Fluency in English is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the Brand Manager in planning and executing brand strategies with a strong focus on retail excellence
  • Support product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional planning with a retail-first and sell-out–driven approach
  • Work closely with retail, sales, and field teams to ensure consistent brand experience at point-of-sale
  • Coordinate in-store marketing activities, campaigns, and visual merchandising guidelines across stores
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of store openings, special retail events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative and digital agencies for social media, influencer marketing, and retail-adapted visual content
  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and store-level performance data to improve brand and retail performance
  • Prepare regular performance and sales reports; track marketing and retail KPIs , share insights and improvement actions
