POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
The Incumbent is responsible for providing marketing supports and operations for PSD Business:
The responsibilities can be broadly divided into 3 buckets:
1. Brand Management & Creative strategy:
a. Activities pertaining to amplifying the brand in internal and external mediums across India as per requirement.
b. Developing marketing campaigns, creative and collaterals, copywriting and content marketing strategy and brand marketing.
c. S/he should be well versed with dealing with Creative agencies, putting together creative briefs,managing, tracking and updating agency job lists and proactive content planning for the brands.
d. Managing all social media handles to improve followers and engagement via different campaigns.
e. Assisting with the development for E-commerce channels for products - both content and promotions
f. Content development of EDMs and other such content
g. To develop content for websites, blogs and social media.
2. Marketing Campaign development, management & evaluation:
a. The incumbent would need to have demonstrated proven capabilities in creating and managing marketing campaigns targeted at both B2B and B2C segments.
b. The candidate should have handled the execution aspects of medium scale ATL, BTL, offline and digital campaigns.
c. S/he would need to work closely with the Content team and the Digital Marketing lead to develop and execute campaigns across the Marketing funnel as per requirement.
d. As part of this mandate, the incumbent needs to have proven agency / vendor management experience to be able to deal with Digital Marketing agencies, Media agencies, Influencer agencies, PR agencies, BTL activation etc.
e. Working in collaboration with the subcontinent teams to provide the necessary Marketing support from the brand’s perspective.
f. Working closely with Product marketing manager to support marketing campaigns, analysis, presentations and overall development of marketing creatives and communications.
g. Working closely with the procurement and operations teams under to successfully land product innovations
h. Develop content for pest control products that can be amplified on social media handles.
3. Innovations:
a. To assist the marketing team for the products innovation pipeline by effectively collaborating with multi-functional team members - Operations, Procurement, Sales Training, Field sales, etc
b. This would entail assisting in project management to ensure that all Products innovations are achieved and tracked in an organized manner.
c. On the Marketing front, the candidate should have demonstrated experience in proposition development for new launches.
d. Development of Go-To-Market strategies for new innovations as well as existing & new products lines
