About This Job:
As the Brand Lead, Opthalmology you will be reporting directly to the Head, Speciality Turkey. This is an individual contributor role where you will develop commercial strategies and tactics aligned with global brand strategy, adapted to local market insights, ensuring those plans are implemented to reach mid to long-term affiliate targets.

Key Activities:
Lead strategic and tactical development of brand plan based on the analysis and research of market data, to drive awareness of targeted disease and product, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the market.
Lead and conduct regular market analysis, and market research where needed, develop deep understanding on business dynamics, track competitive environment, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategy to maximize brand potential.
Generating tactical plan in line with the brand strategy, execute all marketing activities by following the planning steps, tracking the progress including budget management and ROI, and making necessary adjustment to the plan of action also work collaborate with cross-functional aligned with Brand Charter.
Champion the brand through an expertise in all aspects of the brand, providing direct in field interaction and be leader and arrange the material for sales team to engage HCPs and related stakeholders with omni-channel for effective customer interaction aligned to product positioning and differentiation strategy for new launch.
Organize and attend meetings with KOLs to offer credible advice and guidance and visit customers as a brand lead with sales team to support the customer value creation and generate upward momentum of product since launching.
Partner with Regional marketing teams to understand global/regional strategies and adapting to local.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Proven experience as a brand lead having worked with a global pharmaceutical organization in Turkey.
Experience within Ophthalmology is mandatory.
Must have product launch experience within the pharma industry.
Good understanding and experience of pharmaceutical market brand marketing within Turkey.
Demonstrated ability to be a high level contributor or leader of multiple projects, processes or functions.
Fully fluent in written and verbal English.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
A good understanding of the dynamics of a large corporate environment; comfortable with matrix reporting lines.
A self starter with demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
Educations/Qualifications:
MBA / advanced degree preferred or equivalent.
Additional information:
This is a Permanent Full-time position.
This position is based in Istanbul / Türkiye. 20% field visit is expected in line with your role requirements.
This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a flexible blend of home and office work in line with business needs.
