About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and brand-driven professional to join our team as a Brand Management Specialist. This role functions as a key support position to management, integrating digital, content, and brand strategy.

The ideal candidate is someone who goes beyond execution and actively contributes to brand storytelling, strategic direction, and premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of integrated digital, content, and brand strategies
Contribute to brand thinking, storytelling, and positioning
Assist in planning and executing multi-platform campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/agencies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints
Support creative direction and maintain high-quality brand aesthetics

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of relevant UAE experience
Prior exposure to luxury or premium sectors (fashion, beauty, hospitality, lifestyle, interiors, etc.)
Experience in an agency environment preferred, with exposure to multiple brands/projects
Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategy, not just execution
Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign planning
Excellent coordination and communication skills
