Brand Manager – Desserts & More

Location: Citylight (Primary) | Supervise Parvat Patia & Adajan
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month

Desserts & More is looking for a Brand Manager to drive smooth operations, customer delight, and creative brand growth across our outlets.

Experience: 1–2 years in brand management preferred; freshers with passion for food & people welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Operations: Manage daily activities at Citylight and supervise Parvat Patia & Adajan outlets.
  • Team Management: Oversee staff schedules, holidays, training, and motivation to maintain high morale.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure satisfaction through high service quality and quick issue resolution.
  • Creative Ideation: Collaborate with senior leadership on new product launches, campaigns, and store initiatives.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing agencies, outlet teams, and the factory unit for smooth execution.
  • Process & Policy Execution: Implement and monitor company policies across all outlets.
  • Food & Hygiene Standards: Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly maintained.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Leadership Liaison: Act as a bridge between directors/leadership and ground teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales, outlet performance, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold Desserts & More’s values, professionalism, and service excellence inside and outside the outlets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
