Brand Manager

Founded in 1996, Lactalis Türkiye having 6 plants and over 2500 employees offers its consumers healthy and tasty milk and dairy products.

In 2015, Groupe Lactalis, the leader of the global dairy market, incorporated Lactalis Türkiye into its organization which has the brands President, Galbani and Parmalat. The brand İçim is the 3rd biggest brand of Groupe Lactalis in Europe. İçim, which entered the milk and dairy market in 1998, is among the first 3 brands in milk and dairy products market with different product types such as milk, yoghurt, ayran, cheese, kefir etc. İçim's taste and naturalness, which has achieved many successes with its products, is appreciated with the awards that it has received in the national and international arena.

We are currently looking for a Brand Manager reporting to Marketing Manager to join our rapidly-expanding Turkish enterprise in Istanbul.

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related Engineering majors; MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years brand management experience preferably in the FMCG industry,
• Should be a team player,showed strong analytical and conceptual skills,
• Dynamic professional with strong leadership and superior communication skills,
• A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets,
• The ambitious position holder should be self-initiative and needs to have passion,
• Hard-working professional, being able to work under pressure,
• The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
• Completed military service for male candidates

Job Description

• Coordinate all the launch activities under the brand of responsibility,
• Responsible for all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, Packaging Agencies,
• Create ideas for communication under the brand of responsibility,
• Plan and execute with the trade marketing team unique and unrivalled trade support plans,
• Develop and implement product roll out plans.
