Role & responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute project-specific and corporate branding strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand language across print, digital, PR, and on-ground channels.
  • Build emotional and aspirational brand narratives aligned with the companys vision.

2. Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground touch points.
  • Create impactful communication concepts for project launches, events, and festive campaigns.
  • Track and measure campaign ROI through regular Monthly MIS and performance reports.

3. Digital, Social Media & Lead Generation

  • Supervise performance marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
  • Coordinate with agencies for lead generation campaigns and monitor cost-per-lead metrics.
  • Oversee website, CRM communications, and content calendars for all platforms.

4. OOH, PR & Media Coordination

  • Plan, review, and report OOH branding activities with detailed location-wise status and performance tracking.
  • Manage video and photo shoots, PR, influencer tie-ups, and editorial placements to enhance visibility.
  • Coordinate with media agencies for print, radio, and digital media buys.

5. Gifting, Events & Brand Collaterals

  • Plan and execute corporate and festive gifting initiatives for clients, channel partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure timely design, procurement, and dispatch with proper approvals and quality control.
  • Maintain brand-standard merchandising inventory.
  • Handling the overall yearly events

6. Budgeting, Billing & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and monitor marketing budgets for each project.
  • Handle vendor management from sourcing and negotiation to timely delivery and billing.
  • Coordinate with accounts for billing accuracy, PO processing, and budget tracking.

7. Team & department Coordination

  • Lead internal design teams for creative output and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, project, and CRM teams for on-site branding requirements.
  • Ensure cross-department alignment for project launches, onsite branding, events, and campaigns. 8. Reports & Analytics
  • Maintain Monthly MIS reports on campaign performance, leads, spends, and conversions.
  • Prepare OOH & Digital Media performance summaries for management review.
  • Present data-backed insights for future strategy improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
  • 6 - 7 years of experience in real estate branding or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ATL/BTL, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, real estate trends, and AI
  • Proficient in budgeting, billing coordination, and vendor management. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Able to manage High-End event agencies/consultants
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
