Role Overview
As an Brand Manager, you’ll support the brand team in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, leading multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our brands remain relevant, competitive, and profitable.
You will play a vital role in the growth of brands across digital and traditional touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing brand plans through market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Support product launches, packaging revamps, digital campaigns, influencer & affiliate programs, and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams to design campaign assets (social media, video, email, and display).
- Manage campaign rollouts across e-commerce, retail, and online marketplaces, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Monitor brand performance metrics (awareness, sales, e-commerce KPIs, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to extract and interpret data (customer behavior, traffic sources, conversions).
- Assist in budget tracking to ensure effective ROI on marketing spend.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, supply chain, and operations teams for seamless execution and consistent branding.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, social commerce, and new online marketplaces to propose innovative strategies.
- Ensure all campaigns and materials align with brand identity, compliance, and legal standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications. MBA preferred.
- 2–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or e-commerce.
- Prior experience in top FMCGs (P&G, Unilever, Nestlé, National Foods, Colgate Palmolive, L’Oréal, etc.) will be highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable with data interpretation, KPI tracking, and strategic reporting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize impactful digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Attributes
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce, D2C, or online marketplace brands.
- Familiarity with influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid models across time zones.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to blend creativity and business acumen.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
