Job Summary:

The Brand Manager will be managing the Kudu Brand from marketing strategy to campaign execution.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that capture our unique story and connect with our community.
  • Trend Analysis: Staying ahead of trends and consumer preferences to keep our campaigns fresh and exciting.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Collaborating with stakeholders to launch new dishes that excite and delight our customers.
  • Social Engagement: Collaborating with the social media team and developing engaging content that showcases our culture and drives customer interaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Measuring the impact of the strategies and optimizing them to achieve tangible results.
  • Agency Management: Managing the relationship with the Creative Agency.



Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing
  • Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field.
  • Five+ years’ experience in the Restaurant industry and/or Advertising industry in Saudi Arabia
  • Business savvy with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
  • Good knowledge in preparing reports and cost calculation
  • Research and analytical skills
  • A willingness to listen
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgment
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiar with the latest trends, and technologies including graphic design, production and AI
