Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Brand Manager to lead our brand's online presence and drive growth through direct-to-consumer channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales through our e-commerce platform and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive D2C brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Product hunt via various tools such as eBay tera peak/ helium tool/jungle scout or similar)
- Must know All task for product launch from sourcing to sale.
- Take ownership and manage all digital content for all online channels, listings, cataloging, image uploads, approvals from various marketplaces across the required geographies.
- Resolving all issues related to the online marketplaces catalogue including suppressed, blocked or problems related to product data accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Develop and manage the D2C brand budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in D2C marketing and e-commerce.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on brand performance, presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven at least 2-5 experience in brand management, digital marketing, and e-commerce, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer business models and digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Familiar with product finding tools (eBay tera peak/ helium tool/jungle scout or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's marketplace (FBA), algorithms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Private label, Seller Central, Sponsored Products, A+ Content, etc.,).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
