Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

 Shape brand identity and messaging across consumer, clinical, and institutional segments

 Lead research to identify insights, opportunities, and cardiac care gaps

 Strengthen brand trust, credibility, and recall across markets

2. Product Marketing & NPD

 Lead GTM, positioning, packaging, and launch plans for new products

 Work with product, R&D, supply chain, and growth teams to scale adoption

 Track product performance and drive improvements based on feedback & competition

3. Digital & D2C Growth

 Oversee brand presence across website, marketplaces, social media, influencers, CRM

 Build high-performing communication funnels for both doctors and consumers

 Collaborate with digital teams on performance marketing and conversion optimization.

4. Campaigns & Content

 Lead 360° campaigns: digital, medical, influencer, on-ground, and storytelling.

 Guide creation of high-quality videos, ads, clinical content, and patient education.

 Manage creative & digital agencies end-to-end.

5. Experiential & Healthcare Branding

 Build brand presence inside clinics, hospitals, OPDs, camps & healthcare events.

 Drive patient-facing awareness, preventive care messaging & in-clinic branding.

 Partner with medical networks, cardiology bodies & healthcare organizations.

6. Performance Marketing

 Coordinate effectively with multiple external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand and market

initiatives.

 Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving high-quality output.

 Plan, execute, and oversee ATL & BTL marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility, engagement,

and market presence.

Requirements

 5–8 years in Brand Management, D2C,Consumer Tech, or Healthcare.

 Experience with product launches, scaling, and multi-channel campaigns.

 Strong storytelling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 Prior exposure to digital marketing, influencers, and content leadership.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, creativity, and speed.

 MBA/PGDM preferred; interest in health, medtech, wellness is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
