Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi
Timing: Night Shift I 6 pm - 3 am/ 7 pm - 4 am (US Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a brand strategy aligned with Caregenix and its subsidiaries’ vision in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and AI healthcare solutions.
  • Strengthen Caregenix and its subsidiaries’ positioning as trusted, tech-driven healthcare partners.
  • Build clear and consistent brand messaging frameworks for products and services.
  • Maintain and evolve Caregenix and its subsidiaries’ brand identity, including voice, tone, and visual direction.
  • Create compelling brand stories and narratives that highlight innovation, credibility, and value.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, website content, videos, and social media branding.
  • Ensure all content aligns with approved brand messaging and healthcare accuracy standards.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Build thought leadership through case studies, educational content, and industry-focused content.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity within healthcare technology, RPM, RCM, and AI.
  • Use insights and analytics to refine brand positioning, messaging, and strategy.
  • Develop, document, and enforce brand guidelines across departments.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Support branding initiatives for partnerships with clinics, providers, and healthcare organizations.
  • Assist with events, conferences, and public relations campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or strategic communications.
  • Prior experience working in the IT and/or Healthcare industry is required.
  • Experience with the US market and US-based audiences is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
