Role Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping, building, and scaling Brau’s brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role will own brand strategy, ensure consistency across channels, and lead impactful campaigns that strengthen brand equity and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong storytelling, collaboration, and a performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and evolve Brau’s brand positioning, purpose, values, and tone of voice.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear guidelines and actionable frameworks across teams.
  • Ensure the brand remains differentiated, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.

2. Brand Consistency & Governance

  • Enforce brand guidelines across all channels, including social media, paid campaigns, website, PR, in-store, and offline materials.
  • Act as the brand guardian to ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns from concept development to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop creative briefs and manage external partners, including agencies, designers, and content creators.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

4. Content & Storytelling

  • Define key brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content across digital, social media, PR, website, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Ensure storytelling is consistent, compelling, and aligned with brand strategy.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate externally with agencies across social media, paid marketing, SEO, website, and other marketing functions.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as store operations, sales, and customer service to ensure brand alignment.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for all brand-related initiatives.

6. Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, performance marketing, social media, and website metrics.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to optimize future initiatives.
  • Use insights and data to continuously improve brand impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, social media, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
