Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (working hours aligned to Europe & US time zones)
Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing & E-Commerce
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Brand Manager to own and drive a premium automotive product brand across the Europe and Americas region. Based in Dubai but supporting global markets, you will be the central lead responsible for shaping the brand’s international narrative while supporting regional execution.
A major focus of your first year will be leading the brand’s planned launch into the European market — a critical growth priority for 2026. You will spearhead go-to-market activation while continuing to manage and evolve the brand’s presence in the US and Latin America, ensuring a consistent and differentiated identity across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Lead development of the brand strategy across Europe and the Americas, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional market needs
• Build and communicate a compelling value proposition tailored for new market entry while maintaining the brand’s established heritage and positioning
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all channels, regions, and stakeholders
European Market Launch
• Lead the brand and marketing workstream for the brand’s 2026 European launch
• Partner with sales, product, and regional leadership to develop launch campaigns, dealer activation plans, and communications
• Oversee competitive analysis, market research, and customer/dealer perception studies to inform positioning
• Execute a full go-to-market plan, including digital campaigns, events, PR, and offline marketing
Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Manage and execute integrated campaigns across Europe and the Americas (digital, trade shows, dealer marketing, etc.)
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and regional marketing teams to develop high-quality brand assets and content
• Own the global marketing calendar, ensuring seamless coordination with product launches and sales cycles
Performance & Reporting
• Establish KPIs for brand awareness, partner adoption, and campaign ROI across all regions
• Track, analyse, and report on performance, adjusting strategy to optimise results
• Manage budgets and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
Collaboration & Leadership
• Act as brand guardian internally and externally, ensuring a strong, aligned global identity
• Partner with regional teams to enable locally relevant execution
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-impact campaigns
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in brand management or related roles
• Proven experience launching or scaling brands across multiple international markets
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Flexibility to work European and U.S.-aligned hours
