Brand Manager

We are hiring a Brand Manager (Karachi) for our leading client in the entertainment & leisure industry.

Location: Karachi

Package: 120,000 – 140,000 + other benefits

Travel: Occasional travel to nationwide outlets for campaigns and activations

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all outlets.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand direction.

Marketing & Promotion

Plan and implement ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with operations and business teams for promotional offers, seasonal festivals, and thematic events.

Lead social media management, influencer collaborations, and community engagement activities.

Customer Experience & Engagement

Work with operations and events teams to translate brand strategy into on-ground experiences.

Introduce engagement activities (character meet & greet, shows, themed weekends, etc.).

Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to elevate brand perception.

Collaboration & Partnerships

Develop partnerships with schools, corporates, and brand collaborators.

Oversee co-branding initiatives ensuring alignment with guidelines.

Performance Tracking

Measure ROI of campaigns and track performance metrics (footfall, sales impact, engagement).

Conduct brand health analysis and competitor benchmarking.

Requirments:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in brand or marketing management (retail, FMCG, or entertainment preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement.

Creative mindset with solid communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple city-wide campaigns and brand activities.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
