Job Summary


The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the brand identity of the automotive company. This role ensures consistent brand positioning, impactful marketing campaigns, and strong market presence across all channels. The Brand Manager will work closely with product, sales, digital, and customer experience teams to drive brand growth, increase market share, and support successful product launches.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company vision and market trends.

• Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

• Conduct regular brand health analysis (awareness, perception, customer insights).

• Strengthen brand identity through market differentiation and unique value propositions.


Marketing & Campaign Management

• Create 360° marketing campaigns for new models, services, and initiatives.

• Oversee digital, print, outdoor, and experiential campaigns.

• Manage media planning, agency communications, and creative development.

• Evaluate campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and market feedback.


Product Launch & Promotion

• Lead branding activities for vehicle launches including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with Product & Sales teams to prepare launch materials and dealer toolkits.

• Ensure alignment between marketing communication and product features/benefits.


Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

• Track pricing, offers, communication style, and positioning of competing automotive brands.

• Provide insights to support strategic decisions and forecast consumer behavior.


Digital & Social Media Management

• Oversee brand presence on all digital platforms (website, social media, paid ads).

• Monitor online reputation, customer engagement, and content quality.

• Work with digital teams to optimize SEO/SEM, content strategy, and conversion rates.


Dealer & Retail Coordination

• Support dealerships with branding guidelines, promotional materials, and event kits.

• Ensure consistent showroom branding and retail visibility.

• Coordinate co-op marketing activities with dealers.


Budget Management

• Plan and manage annual brand marketing budgets.

• Track spending, ROI, and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, CRM, After-Sales, and Product Planning.

• Manage relationships with creative, media, PR, and event agencies.

• Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills


Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA or specialization in Marketing preferred.


Experience

• 4–7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing in Automotive industry

• Strong understanding of automotive consumer behavior and market dynamics in middle east.


Soft Skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

• Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills.
