Brand Manager

Role Summary

The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and strengthening the company’s brand presence through a 360° integrated marketing approach.

This role focuses on driving strong brand visibility, improving customer engagement, and supporting business growth across offline and digital channels through effective campaigns, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

· Responsible for brand positioning, communication framework, and seasonal campaigning

· Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing initiatives

· Monitor competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities

Integrated Campaign Management

· Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail, PR)

· Responsible for ROI over marketing campaigns & budget and facilitate Scalable growth

· Ensure consistency in messaging across all consumer touchpoints

· Drive campaign effectiveness through structured tracking and optimization

Reporting To: Managing Director / VP

Trade & Retail Marketing

· Partner with Sales for retail activations, POS branding, and trade schemes

· Improve in-store visibility and support sell-through initiatives

· Align marketing calendar with distribution priorities

Digital & Consumer Engagement

· Collaborate with digital and performance agencies to drive reach and conversions

· Monitor social engagement, CRM initiatives, and online brand presence

· Optimize campaigns based on ROI and performance metrics

Product Launch & Go-To-Market

· Coordinate with Product & Merchandising teams for seasonal launches

· Develop launch toolkits, communication assets, and rollout plans

· Track product performance and consumer response

Required Skills & Qualifications

· MBA with Branding / Marketing specialization

· 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing / Product Marketing

· Prior experience in Fashion / Apparel industry preferred (but not mandatory for the right candidate)

· Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills

· Ability to manage multiple marketing mandates simultaneously

· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

· Attention to detail with awareness of evolving market trends

· Working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, CRM, and Performance Marketing is a plus
