Brand Manager

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Brand Manager for its Marketing Department-Head Office based in Karachi.

Position: Brand Manager
Experience: 2 - Years
Salary: 100k - 120k
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights. Use data to make informed brand decisions.

- Execution of strategies for all marketing campaigns, including Conventional, Digital, Communications, and Creative.

- Collaborate with product teams to ensure brand alignment with product offerings, features, and benefits.

- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertising materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and PR, to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven.8 · Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently applied in all marketing materials and communications.
