Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Brand Partnerships & Influencer Growth Manager to work closely with a growing Finance Content Creator (Finfluencer).

Your role is to source, pitch, negotiate, and close brand deals, build strong relationships with influencer marketing agencies, and pitch the creator for events, collaborations, and paid opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Close brand deals (FinTech, Stock Brokers, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Apps, EdTech)
• Pitch for sponsored content, reels, YouTube integrations & long-term partnerships
• Coordinate with influencer marketing & PR agencies
• Pitch creator for finance events, panels & webinars
• Manage leads, follow-ups, closures & payments

Who Should Apply

• 1–4 years experience in influencer marketing / brand partnerships / creator management
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Understanding of creator monetization (CPM, CPC, CPA)
• Experience with finance / FinTech creators is a big plus
