Position Overview:
As the Brand Manager at Homemonde, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the home furnishing market and a proven track record in brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
Ø Define and articulate a compelling brand identity and vision aligned with company values.
Ø Develop strategies to position Homemonde as a distinctive and preferred brand in the home and textile industry.
2. Multichannel Marketing:
Ø Collaborate with the marketing team to execute impactful digital campaigns and social media initiatives.
Ø Identify and engage with influencers to enhance brand reach and visibility.
3. Product Launches and Promotions:
Ø Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
Ø Develop and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
4. Brand Communication:
Ø Craft consistent and compelling messaging across various communication channels.
Ø Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand tone and style.
5. Customer Experience Enhancement:
Ø Ensure a positive and cohesive customer experience from discovery to post-purchase.
Ø Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in brand initiatives.
6. Market Analysis:
Ø Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities.
Ø Utilize market insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust brand strategies accordingly.
7.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ø Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales.
Ø Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the home and textile industry.
· Strong understanding of D2C business models and digital marketing strategies.
· Excellent communication, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
