Brand Manager

QI Collective — a fashion brand incubator and home to brands including Auteur Studio, Maison Amory, and Selkie — is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead our flagship label, Selkie.

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic brand leader with a deep passion for fashion and a proven track record of driving brand growth and storytelling across the entire customer journey — from awareness and acquisition to retention and community building.

Key Responsibilities: The Four Pillars of the Role

Your role will span four critical brand functions, ensuring seamless execution and

strategic alignment.

1. E-commerce & Digital Experience

Lead the digital brand strategy, ensuring the e-commerce platform reflects

premium brand identity and achieves commercial goals.

Oversee content planning, creation, and deployment for all website updates,

product launches, and editorial features.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team on SEO/SEM, email

campaigns, and overall site performance optimization.

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

Define the overarching social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive

community engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.

Manage the content creation lifecycle, from briefing external agencies and

photographers to final content approval and scheduling.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead all social media

reporting and data analysis to inform future strategies.

3. Public Relations (PR) & Influencer Management

Develop and execute the global PR strategy, securing high-impact editorial

coverage in top-tier fashion and lifestyle media.

Oversee the PR team and ensure positive relationships with key journalists,

editors, stylists, and high-profile influencers.

Oversee the influencer gifting and paid partnership programs, ensuring all

activities are on-brand and deliver measurable ROI.

4. Events & Brand Activations

Plan, coordinate, and execute all major brand events, including seasonal

press previews, store launches, and customer engagement activations.

Manage the entire event process, from concept development, budget

allocation, vendor negotiation, to on-site execution and post-event reporting

together with the event team

Ensure all events align perfectly with the brand's aesthetic and strategic

marketing objectives.

What You'll Bring: Essential Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management with a focus on the fashion/luxury retail industry.

Experience in the e-commerce space, leveraging Shopify, Klaviyo, and a range of supporting apps to drive growth and optimize performance.

∙Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex

budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.

∙Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, social media platform

mechanics, and content best practices.

∙Proven ability to translate brand DNA into compelling, execution-ready

campaigns and initiatives.

∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience

drafting press releases, campaign briefs, and executive summaries.

Salary: starting at 80k depending upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
